Our services

Custom Luxury Home Building

AR Construction & Development builds custom luxury homes designed around the way our clients want to live. From early planning through final construction, we focus on craftsmanship, clear communication, and a building experience that brings together beauty, function, and long-term value.

Estate & Mountain Home Construction

Building in the mountains requires more than standard construction experience. AR Construction & Development brings the knowledge needed to navigate steep terrain, site access, drainage considerations, and the structural demands of custom mountain homes while maintaining the luxury standards our clients expect.

Design-Build Collaboration

A successful custom home depends on alignment between vision, design, and construction. We work closely with homeowners, architects, and designers throughout the planning and building process to keep every detail coordinated, reduce friction, and create a more unified result from concept to completion.

Whole Home Renovations

For homeowners looking to transform an existing property, AR Construction & Development provides whole home renovation services that improve layout, elevate finishes, and update the home for the way you want to live now. Our approach respects the character of the home while delivering a more refined and functional result.

High-End Additions & Expansions

Whether expanding a primary suite, adding new living space, or creating room for entertaining, we build additions that feel intentional, cohesive, and fully integrated with the original home. The goal is to make the new space feel like it has always belonged there.

Outdoor Living & Specialty Spaces

A custom home should extend beyond the walls of the house itself. We build outdoor living areas and specialty spaces that add function, comfort, and value, from covered porches and entertaining areas to detached structures and custom lifestyle features designed around how clients want to live.

Pre-Construction Planning & Project Development

Strong projects begin with strong planning. AR Construction & Development helps clients move through the early stages of budgeting, scheduling, site evaluation, decision-making, and project development so the path into construction is clearer, better organized, and more predictable.
